"Prices didn’t really stack up for me"
I checked Pro Solutions for a couple things I needed, and the prices were just, well, they were higher than other sites I found quickly. Even before adding shipping, it didn’t feel like much of a deal. Maybe some of their stuff is priced better, I don’t know, but the items I was looking at were cheaper elsewhere. So yeah, not really worth it for me.

"Would definitely order from them again"
I ordered from prosolutionsdirect.com it was smoother than I expected. The site was easy to use, the order went through without any drama, and everything showed up the way it was supposed to. If anything, I only have myself to blame for waiting so long to place the order.

I’d probably buy from them again the next time I need the same kind of stuff. It was simple, straightforward, and hassle-free, which is exactly what I was hoping for...

"Good quality overall and a smooth experience"
I ordered a few bits from Pro Solutions and was happy with everything. The quality was better than I expected, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. One item had a tiny mark on it, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d be happy to use them again.

I ordered from Pro Solutions and the shipping was just okay. It wasn’t super slow, but it did take a few days longer than I expected, which was annoying because the timing was kind of inconvenient. Of course it finally showed up when I didn’t really have time to deal with it. Everything arrived fine, so I can’t complain too much, but overall the shipping felt average.

"My order wasn't quite right"
I’m giving 2 stars because, in my experience, the order did arrive quickly. But for me, the main issue was that it wasn’t accurate. I ordered a few specific parts, and one item was wrong, plus the quantity on another was off. I had to email them to get it sorted out, which was frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I personally expected them to double-check the order better before shipping it.

"They actually had the parts in stock"
I’d been trying to track down a few parts that seemed to be out of stock everywhere else, and prosolutionsdirect.com actually had them available. Kind of a relief when you finally find what you need, right?
The ordering process was simple, and I didn’t end up getting one of those annoying backorder emails later. Everything went smoothly, so I’d definitely use them again

"Return went fine, but the refund took a while"
I returned my order and, to be fair, the process was handled properly in the end. The refund just took a bit longer than I was expecting, which was kind of frustrating. Customer support did get back to me, but the responses weren’t exactly quick. Overall, it was okay — not a bad experience, but there’s definitely some room for improvement.

"Ended up being okay, despite the usual sales talk"
My contractor recommended them, so I went ahead and ordered. I’m always a little skeptical when a company’s site sounds too polished, like everything is supposed to be effortless and perfect. In reality, the price was reasonable, delivery took longer than I expected, and support did get back to me, just not super fast. Overall, it worked out fine, but I wouldn’t say it was some amazing smooth experience.

"Good product, billing was hit or miss"
The product itself was fine, so no real complaints there, but the billing part was kind of a mess. I noticed extra charges I wasn’t expecting and had to email them twice before anyone really looked into it. They did fix part of the issue, which I appreciated, but the whole process still felt annoying and not very clear. it was a hit or miss experience overall, and I’m not sure I’d order again unless they make the billing easier to understand

"Got what I needed, but the timing was really annoying"
I did end up finding what I was looking for, so the site gets the job done, but it felt clunky. The menus were kind of messy, and a few pages loaded slowly at the worst possible times, especially when I was already in a hurry. Checkout went through fine, but it wasn’t exactly smooth on my phone. Not terrible, just frustratingly inconvenient.

My gut feeling after buying it was that I paid more than it was really worth. I was expecting better quality or just a better overall experience for the price, but it didn’t quite add up for me. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Tracking was easy"
Ordering was simple enough, and the tracking details were clear the whole time. I got an update when it shipped and could check where my package was without needing to contact anyone. It showed up on the day it said it would, so it all felt smooth. I’d say it went about as well as I hoped.

"Really relieved it all went smoothly"
I ordered a couple of things and felt relieved with how easy the whole delivery was. The tracking updated like it should, and the parcel arrived right when I expected it. The box had a small dent, which made me a little nervous at first, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. I’d definitely use them again
